Terms of Service - Krakow Tours

b) Use the Ask first form, to contact SeeKrakow Booking Department, to inquire about the details of particular tours or special offers, and obtain details concerning bank transfers. In order for a tour to be booked, operation details confirming the payment must be sent via e-mail to seekrakow@seekrakow.com at lest 24 hours prior to the tour.

2. In order to receive a booking confirmation use your credit card or PayPal account to pay for the tour, or contact SeeKrakow Booking Department (seekrakow@seekrakow.com) in order to make a bank transfer. It is also possible to pay for the tour in cash at one of SeeKrakow's tourist information points (Floriańska 6, Kraków) at least 12 hours prior to the tour.

3. It is required that all the customers provide valid telephone numbers upon booking which will be used by SeeKrakow to contact the customer in case of any emergency. In case the number provided by the customer is invalid, thus rendering proper communication impossible, SeeKrakow will not accept responsibility for any inconvenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

4. All cancellations must be done via e-mail 48 hours prior to a given tour. In this case, use the emergency email displayed on the booking confirmation you have received from SeeKrakow. A refund will only be possible if SeeKrakow receives the booking cancellation via email 48 yours before the tour starts, during the office hours: 8am - 8 pm. The email has to include all the booking details and your bank account number. You will receive your money within 14 days. PayPal commission charged for the transaction will be deducted from the amount transferred to your account. In case of bank transfers, bank fees for the transfer will be deducted.

REFUNDS

5. All claims concerning refunds have to be presented in writing to SeeKrakow no later than 24 hours after a given tour. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.

DAY OF THE TOUR

6. Participants are obliged to wait in front of the building at the address and time presented in the booking confirmation. In case of bad traffic conditions, SeeKrakow bus/tour leader/guide can be up to 15 minutes late. In case of any emergency Seekrakow Booking Department will contact you via telephone. The booking confirmation has to be presented to the driver/tour leader/guide.

7. SeeKrakow does not take responsibility for any delays caused by bad traffic and weather conditions during the tour.

RESPONSIBILITY AND FORCE MAJEUR

8. SeeKrakow will not be held liable for any default due to any strike, lock out, industrial

action, fire, flood, drought, technical problem with transport, weather conditions, or other events beyond the reasonable control of SeeKrakow.

9. The responsibility of SeeKrakow is limited. Some of the services in connection with the tours are provided by suppliers, therefore all refund claims will be analyzed thoroughly.
